Meet Teddi Hardesty

Teddi has been in the Property Manager Industry for almost 6 years after an extensive background in hospitality management. During that time, she has been able to advance from a leasing professional to a Leasing/Assistant Community Manger to a Community Manager and shortly thereafter to her current role of Sr. Community Manager. While residing in San Antonio, TX, she became a very active member of San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA). She participated in the Membership, Blue Santa, and Government Affairs committees as well as extensive volunteer work with various fundraising efforts such as PAC and 100 Club. She is also notably the first person in SAAA history to win Leasing Professional of the Year and then Assistant Community Manager of the Year, back-to-back. She was also awarded a partial scholarship to pursue her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential through NAAEI, which she earned as a newly promoted, Assistant Community Manager. She has been honored by Greystar for her dedication to property operations and resilience through the most stressful times (Covid-19 Pandemic, 2021 Texas "Winter Freeze Crisis" etc.) by receiving their prestigious "Fearless Award 2020-2021". She has also been recognized by Greystar for her tireless efforts in the name of Equality, by being one of the first nominees for Greystar, PNW Division's, Equality Pillar Award, to honor her work in the DEI committee. She is currently a mentor with Greystar to help develop in-coming and newly promoted community managers.
