Meet KrisTina Berry

KrisTina began her career in property management as the Leasing Representative for PRG Real Estate in 2015. KrisTina worked effortlessly and diligently to ensure that all individuals that came into contact with her always felt important and heard. Shortly after joining PRG, KrisTina was promoted to Assistant Manager. She increased both her customer service skills but began to learn the next step of becoming a Property Manager. KrisTina began her volunteer effort with the Louisville Apartment Association Outreach Committee and helped spearhead many volunteer efforts including but not limited to Gildas' Club of Kentuckiana, Ronald McDonald House, and Family Scholar House. KrisTina was crowned the inaugural Assistant Manager of the Year in 2016. After focusing on her skills as an Assistant Manager, KrisTina was promoted to Property Manager in 2018. She has been honored to earn both her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Pool Operator designations and was also awarded Individual Property Member Rookie of the Year in 2019. KrisTina continues to learn and grow in her position and continually shares her knowledge with her colleagues and team.
