Meet Irving Lopez
Irving is a Multi-Family Guru and has spent the past 10+ years working in the multifamily industry as a devoted Property Manager in the Denver, Colorado region.
A large percentage of that time as an industry advocate, he has been a part of some of the most prestigious companies in our industry, such as Avenue5 and Greystar to name a few.
As he juggles his day-to-day activities he has still found time to devote to education over the years, especially with NAAEI, by obtaining his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential along with his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential. He served proudly for the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado as the Peak Awards Committee Chair and currently serves on various committees at his local apartment association, Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
Overall, he loves what he does and truly tries to make a difference in the various teams and companies he is a part of and when he is not working he enjoys the local Brunch scene!
Cheers to a mimosa!
