Meet Dominique Walker

Dominique Walker has been with Pegasus Residential for five years. During her tenure, she has successfully ran a two-site operation and maintained strong occupancy which lead to the successful sale of Osprey and Heron. She has acted as a mentor to several property managers within Pegasus and has lead team members to internal promotions to assistant manager and property manager positions. Dominque continues to be a resource in her local apartment association and has assisted with growing their outreach through Education and Events alongside their board and Association Executive. She has assisted with multiple due diligences, takeovers, and dispositions in a variety of markets outside of Savannah, Georgia. Most recently, she has spent time in the Memphis market for a takeover of eight properties where she transitioned them from the previous management to Pegasus Residential which included changing brand requirements, audit training, compliance strategy shifts, and serving as a long-term mentor for all office positions. Prior to Pegasus, Dominique worked with the Hinesville Housing Authority where she was selected to be a part of the GAHARA Leadership program, which she successfully completed.
