Meet Erik P Mancol-Bilbo, CAM
Erik offers an extensive background in multi-family management and has worked in every on-site roll from Leasing Professional, Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager & now Regional Manager. Erik is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and currently overseas 1,604 units, 4 direct reports, & 32 portfolio team members. Erik is an active member of the RPM Serves volunteer local chapter & is a national committee member. Erik is also an active RPM Diversity & Inclusion council member where he coordinated and implemented the first ever RPM PRIDE Parade initiative, which was later rolled out to all cities and states that RPM manages in. Erik researched and coordinated the actual registration of RPM Living into the 2022 Dallas Pride Parade, which included coordinating RPM United Pride t-shirts, ordering of swag and parade throws, recruitment of parade attendees and day of coordination. This will be an initiative Erik is a part of moving forward. As an Asian-American in a same-sex bi-racial marriage and as a father via gestational surrogacy, Erik is a big advocate for change and all things diversity, inclusion and equity! Some of Erik's career recognitions include: being a Co-Chair President of the Berkshire 2019-2020 Manager Advisory Panel, being the 2021 Lantower Residential Overall CORE Value Award Winner & 2021 Commitment to Excellence Award Winner, & being a 2021 AAGD Finalist & Nominee for Community Manager of the Year (400+ Units). Erik is currently an active volunteer at the North Texas Food Bank, City House & the Salvation Army.
