Meet Regina Jones Cruz

Regina began her career in property management in 2011 as an Assistant Community Manager with Freeman Webb Company. She brings 8 years of on-site experience as an Assistant Manager, Property Manager and Multi-Site Manager. Early in her career, she earned the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP, formally known as NALP) credential through NAAEI. Her last position as Corporate Leasing Specialist led to her promotion to Training Specialist with the Training and Development Team. Regina earned an Associate in Business Administration and Management from American National University in 2016, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Most recently, she attended Advanced Facilitator Training and became a faculty member with the National Apartment Association Education Institute. She is also a member of her local association, where she is a committee member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
