Meet Duy Vu

Duy Vu serves as the Director of Marketing for The Associated Management Company. He has been in the multifamily industry since 2011 and the team welcomes his experience. Duy obtained his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credentials through NAAEI in 2016. He has held a State of Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License since 2015 and is a Davenport University Alumni where he obtained a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Finance.

Duy serves on the Property Management Association of West Michigan and the State of Michigan since 2017. He is the President of PMAWM and PMAM for the 2021/2022 Term. He additionally supports the industry by joining the committees on the local and state level such as the Apartment Careers, Legislative, and GLAStar committees. A 2022 Leadership Lyceum graduate, Duy will serve on national committees at NAA for the first time in 2023 with the NextGen and Apartmentalize Committees.
